The discussions and issues presented at meetings and on conference calls of the IH&RA Global Council shall be considered strictly proprietary and confidential until such time IH&RA and the Global Council approve and release final minutes of the proceedings which represent the consensus of the Global Council and reflects the confidentiality of any and all individual participants comments, recommendations, or opinions shared during the discussions.
Participation in Global Council meetings and conference calls shall be limited to qualified specialists (one individual per organization that is not transferable), and others specifically approved by the Global Council members, and invited guests.
All participants are expected to actively participate in discussions while at all times respecting any proprietary information or strategy of their own company and that of other participating firms. Participants are expected to make recommendations as appropriate within the confines of these IH&RA sanctioned confidential discussions.
Participants shall not discuss any topics which otherwise may be deemed in violation of applicable federal antitrust laws and state anti-competitive practices statues. IH&RA, and the Global Council members strictly prohibit any such discussions.
