The delegate registration fee includes:
28 Oct: Chinese Associations Host Dinner with cocktail and dinner.
29 Oct: Full day conference with coffee/ tea ceremony breaks and lunch and dinner.
30 Oct: Half day conference with coffee / tea ceremony break and lunch and Gala Evening with cocktail and dinner.
Entrance to the Congress Exhibition.
Airport transfer from airport to hotel and all other transfers that might be necessary for the social programme.

The accompanying person fee includes:

28 Oct: Chinese Associations Host Dinner with cocktail and dinner
29 Oct Full day Visit with lunch & Congress Dinner
Visit includes Summer Palace, boat ride on the Kunming lake & Lamas Temple and the Zoo
30 Oct half day visit with lunch & Gala Evening
Visit includes the ancient city - the Hutongs by Pedicab and around Shichahai Lake, the tower of the Bell and the tower of the Drum
Airport transfer from airport to hotel and all other transfers that might be necessary for the social programme.

Exhibitor regisistration includes:
- Full congress delegate registration as detailed above.
- Booth at the exhibition on 29 and 30 October.

Optional tour on 31 October includes:
Full day visit of the Great Wall and the Forbidden City and lunch at local restaurant.
