To All IH&RA Members, Delegates, Speakers, Sponsors & Media Partners,

IH&RA wishes to apologise for the sudden cancellation of its 43^rd Congress due to circumstances beyond our control. This decision was taken after all other avenues had been explored and is a source of great disappointment to the Association.

We wish to thank all our Speakers , Sponsors and Media Partners for generously committing their time and energy to the preparation of an exciting conference programme and express our regret that our delegates have been deprived of this exciting event.

Delegates who had signed up for the Congress and Human Resources Forum will be contacted individually concerning the refund of their registration fee. Delegates should, however, directly contact the hotel at which they had made a booking to cancel their room reservations. The hotel is solely responsible for refunds of bookings of hotel accommodations.

At this late stage we are unfortunately unable to re-schedule the Congress and Human Resources Forum in another venue at the same or other dates. We are however planning to hold our Association meetings - IH&RA Board of Directors, Chains Council, National Association Council and General Assembly – at the same dates
(26-29 October) in a venue to be announced very shortly. Members will be advised directly via e-mail.

We hope you will join us for the Congress and Human Resources Forum in Anchorage in 2007 !
